Loopec is a company-managed workplace app.
Loopec helps authorized employees and managers access company employee self-service and workplace-management services. Accounts are created and managed by an employer or authorized ERP administrator; there is no public sign-up inside the app.

Information we collect
The information processed by Loopec depends on the features enabled by your employer and your role. It may include the following categories:
Account & profile
Name, employee ID, username, email, phone number, profile photo, department, designation, project, and employment details.
HR activity
Attendance, timesheet, leave, evaluation, approval, and other employment-related records submitted through the service.
Expenses & requests
Work-related requests, reimbursement and expense information, invoices, forms, and uploaded attachments.
Device & app data
Push-notification token, authentication and session information, permission status, app activity required to operate the service, and technical troubleshooting information.
Why we use it
How we use information
We use information to provide and secure Loopec, including to:
- Authenticate authorized employees and maintain secure sessions.
- Provide employee self-service and workplace-management services.
- Process work-related requests, expenses, reimbursements, approvals, and supporting records.
- Apply company-defined roles, menus, submenus, and privileges.
- Send operational notifications and route users to relevant requests.
- Prevent fraud, investigate misuse, provide support, and maintain service security.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of the application.
Loopec does not sell employee information or use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

Permissions and sensitive features
You can manage permissions from your device settings. Some features may not work when the related permission is denied.
Who can access it
Sharing and disclosure
Information may be accessed or processed by:
- Your employer and authorized company administrators.
- Managers and approvers according to company-assigned permissions.
- Sinaco Engineers Pvt. Ltd. personnel who maintain or support Loopec.
- Hosting, storage, authentication, notification, mapping, and technical service providers that help operate the service.
- Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law, court order, or to protect rights and security.
Service providers may process information on our behalf and are expected to protect it appropriately. We do not share information for unrelated third-party advertising.
Keeping information
Retention and deletion
Information is retained for as long as needed to provide Loopec, support employment and accounting workflows, preserve audit records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Retention periods may be controlled by the employer or company administrator.
Account Management and Deletion
Loopec is a company-managed workplace application. User accounts are created, managed, deactivated, and deleted by the employer or an authorized ERP administrator. Users cannot create accounts independently through the application.
When an employee resigns or is no longer authorized to access Loopec, the company may deactivate or delete their account.
Deleting an account does not necessarily mean that all associated employment, attendance, financial, accounting, or audit records are immediately deleted. Certain records may be retained where necessary for legitimate business purposes or to comply with applicable legal obligations.

Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Loopec is designed for authorized employees and other approved workplace users. It is not intended to be a public application for children, and we do not knowingly design the application to collect children's personal information for unrelated purposes.
